Lol it's pretty easy to dissect :

Positions match up, salaries match up.

Switch of goalies, and of strength.

One side is power heavy, the other is potential heavy.

Phoenix wants to compete now, Dallas is looking to do a rebuild on the fly.

Both of them were able to make eachother's vision work.

I knew Dallas wanted to give his team a direction and i worked with him with evaluating how we value players. Lots of players were valued close and we simply exhanged them just to make salaries work, without that it wouldn´t be possible to execute the trade.

By the way most of you know i´m prospect addicted so it was tough to do the deal. On the other hand none of the guys i received are older than 29 so i´m looking at a good team for a very long time and still own some good prospects in DSP, Cowan,Faulk,Despres and Spooner..
