This is a 20-team H2H Yahoo keeper league.

KEEPERS
You may keep as many players as you want. Deadline to submit keepers is three days before the annual prospect draft.
In the prospect draft, you will draft as many prospects as you want (max 30 players at all times)
The order will be based on reverse order of standing at the end of the year, playoffs included.
PLAYER TRANSACTIONS
TRADES
Trades will be permitted at any time until the trade deadline (TBA).
Veto of trades: trades will be put to a veto vote if there are 2 or more complaints. Members will be given 2-3 days to vote on a veto and after the time period has elapsed the votes will be tallied. If 3/4 or more of the members vote against the trade it shall be vetoed.
Other rules:
- You may come up with whatever name you want for your team.
- There are no prospect rosters but you may use your bench for this purpose
- There is no salary cap.
- There will be a max. number of player acquisitions per week � TBA
- Waivers will be applicable
- No max games played per position.
- Trade deadline will apply � TBA
- Playoffs will consist of 8 teams
- Minimum goaltender starts will apply (TBA)
- Draft will be offline and will commence ASAP when teams are filled
MONEY
$25 per GM will be due before the draft commences
All league GMs will be given personal information for assurance purposes
All league GMs will be entitled to a dated, signed printout of the bank statement showing league funds at any time upon request
Prizes will be as follows:
o 1st place - $250 + trophy + leftovers after expenses
o 2nd place - $100
o 3rd place - $50
o Total = $400 ($100 for inaugural season will go towards trophy and shipping costs � this may be less ($50?), and 1st place is entitled to anything left over. Receipts will be provided)
o We will take a vote on the trophy. If nobody wants it, 1st place = $350
o You must have the ability to email funds from your bank or to mail a cheque. Emailing funds can be done from most major banks and credit unions. If you have never done this before it is simple and is a well-used method of funds transfer.
DRAFTS
INAUGURAL DRAFT
The inaugural draft will take place shortly after all teams are registered. The draft will be a 30-round offline draft with teams given a maximum number of hours to make picks. The time limit is to be announced but will likely be 12-24 hours.
PROSPECT DRAFT
At the end of each year there will be a prospect draft where GMs can select any number of players from the new year's draftees. You will need to keep prospects on your bench.
