Guy after my Karlsson
 

Second team in sig. I'm competeing and could very well win, but the loss lof Karlsson doesn't help, so I put him on the block. I deal him I like replace some of the production on D, and help out my RW\G mostly.

This guy had treid to offer something with Weber, and now he's offering Pietrangelo.

The current deal is Piet and Visnovsky for Karlsson. what do you think?

Some other names he's got are Eriksson, Backes, M. Koivu, Markov.

I wouldn't do that, but if you could somehow get Piet and one of those forwards i'd do that considering you're contending this year

Good - I'd rather have Pietrangelo than Weber...

The deal being offered isn't good enough though. This being a limited keeper I'd still rather go into next season with Karlsson than any other D by a mile so he's going to really have to pony up.

Pietrangelo + Serious Goaltending Upgrade is the only thing I think I would budge on.

Karlsson's keeper value has been taken down a notch in my books given the uncertainty now about whether he'll ever be the same again.

Having said that, if I were to trade him to shore up my defense, the only guy I would accept coming back is AP+ so you're on the right track (sorry Letang fans, but he's joined the skeleton squad in my books).

I'd aim for AP + new keeper upgrade. So AP + someone better than Staal or Subban. With Anderson out, you may want to think about shoring up your goaltending too, but we don't know how serious it is yet... just something to think about.
