just got shouldered to the mouth as he was turning around… went down.. looked like he might of got knocked out slightly.
went to the dressing room bleeding out of his mouth

Looks like a concussion, hopefully minor.

Very weird play; Colorado player wouldn't have been able to finish his check had Tarasenko not decided to turn around and expose his front at the last second.

I have a feeling he'll miss the rest of this game and be back for the next one, but maybe I'm being overly optimistic.

Not the smartest move by Tarasenko, but I wouldn't call that a "check"... he literally flew into Tarasenko with his elbow sticking up in the air. More like a blatant elbow to the face if you ask me.

Recall Tarasenko had a pretty good concussion earlier this year in the KHL. If I were an owner, I'd be worried.

I think anyone who gets elbowed in the head is going to have the chance of getting a concussion. I don't think this is strictly for Tarasenko.

This is #91's second major head shot in the last few months. If this is in fact his 2nd concussion in such a short span, that's the reason I'd be worried if I were an owner.
