Markstrom

How bad will Florida need to be before we get a look at him in the NHL regularely?
His AHL stats are slightly above average. Do the Panthers give him 10-20 games if they continue to struggle?

I would hope so, but based on what I have read here on the boards doesn't seem likely. :(

To answer my own question, the Panthers have to be as bad as they are now.

Markstrom has been called up.

What could be the work load of a called up Markstrom?

20 games? 15? 10?

TeamRamrod 02-20-2013 02:59 PM

Could be for one game?.

I would think he'll get to play one and then maybe back to San Atonio. Florida is not winning and neither of their goales are hurt. Speculating they are looking to inject some life/confidence into the team.

Personally, I'd like to see him stick for 15-20 game and play half (minimum). If he looks good and wins, he may work his way into the mix, but a decent sample size of games would be nice as a reference point for net year.

YES!!!!

The Clemmer isnt the answer.

Jose is on the last year of his contract, and on his last leg.

Good move on their part to bring him in.

Hopefully nobody's fantasy team is dependent on Jose!

Dear God let him be the "saviour" for the Panthers , I need WINS!

TeamRamrod 02-21-2013 04:03 PM

It would appear Theodore tonight with Clemmenson backing up. Romour has Markstrom drawing in to starting against Pittsburgh. No pressure!
