Vancouver is taken, thanks for the PMs. Ottawa still available. Seguin, Ovechkin and Douggie Hamilton is a nice core to start with! And a decent pick to boot.

Los Angeles just became available. Very good organization, with a GREAT pick this year and 2 star goalies.

Yes and yes. Although I take donations for paying the yearly fee. It's not a requirement at all though.
