Trading MSL/Luongo, Rank These Prospects

12-Team, Keep All But 2.
H2H Cats: G, A, +/-, PIM, SOG, FOW, HIT, BLK -- W, GAA, SV%, SHO

Just took this team over. I need to blow it up and start from the beginning, so I'm looking to move St. Louis and Luongo.

My team:

C, C, C - Weiss, Plekanec, Schwartz, Legwand, Fisher, Stastny, Kesler [IR]
LW, LW, LW - Morrow, Steen (C), Smyth, MacArthur, Tanguay, Downie (RW) [IR]
RW, RW, RW - St. Louis, Havlat, Grabner, Kennedy (LW), Silfverberg, Kassian
W, F, F
Dx6 - Boyle, Bieksa, Girardi, B Smith [IR], Coburn, Spurgeon, Tyutin
G, G - Ward, Bryzgalov, Nabokov, Luongo

One manager came to me with interest in Luongo and "maybe St. Louis." Here are the prospects on his team I'm interested in:

1. Landeskog
2. Huberdeau
3. Granlund
4. Ekman-Larsson
5. Markstrom (G)
6. Johansen

Other guys of note: Fowler, Bishop/Lehner, Duchene, Bogosian, Shattenkirk, Hodgson, Couturier, JVR

I know he's willing to part with Granlund+ for Luongo. I'm not competing any time soon so I kind of like that deal for me.

If you guys could rank those prospects according to value in a league this, I'd really appreciate it!

We can also trade our two draft picks, which usually end up being players from the incoming rookie class.

Thanks in advance.

With these settings and your goalies I'd listen to Granlund+ for Luongo, but how much is he willing to add? If he has any interest in St. Louis at all I would try to sell that as well.

I would rank the 'prospects' as follows:

Ekman-Larsson
Landeskog
Granlund
Huberdeau
Markstrom
Johansen

If you needed goaltending Markstrom would be higher. OEL is so high because he's not a prospect and has displaced a former 60 point defenseman on his teams depth chart. If he can do that he's going to get a long leash and will always have more PP time than he knows what to do with. Same deal for Landeskog. He's the youngest captain in the history of the NHL, so they are going to give him whatever he needs to succeed. I'd make an offer of Luongo and St. Louis for Granlund and Ekman-Larsson and see what happens. If he's unwilling to move OEL I'd target Landeskog next. I've had great success with taking on injured players for less than they are worth and stashing them for a season. He's certainly not dealing from a sell-high area if he's willing to talk about Landeskog and Granlund, whereas St. Louis and Luongo are both having great seasons so far.

I'd rank them:

Landeskog
OEL
Markstrom
Hubs
Granlund
Johansen

Landeskog and OEL should be the top two because they have done more at the NHL level.

If I were you, I'd try Granlund + Markstrom for Lu. You may as well restock your G with the best Prospect G out there. Ward and Markstrom for the long run would be nice. You can easily flip your third goalie down the road for another position if you want.

Thanks for the input so far guys. He says he wants to keep OEL, Landeskog and Markstrom. I don't blame him. May try Granlund and Huberdeau for Luongo?

Another owner has come with Galchenyuk. Tried to get Galchenyuk + Skinner but he's not biting. I don't think I'd take just Galchenyuk right now, but I'm intrigued. Galchenyuk + Justin Faulk?
