Ward or Lindback
 

Hello gentlemen, I have Halak, Anderson and Ward.
Lindback is available on waiver wire and I'm thinking about picking him up. Don't know if I should drop a goalie or a D. It's a H2H league and I have four d's.
Salo, Gonchar (I would drop one of them) and Enstrom and Markov.
I'm aware that Ward is a slow starter but with Halak's injury I need the starts.

I would drop Salo for Lindback. Don't drop a goalie at this point.

Can't you use an IR spot for Halak?

I have lindback and Ward as my two, we have just 1 starting goalie spot on our rosters and I've started Lindback over Ward every time thus far.

Put Halak on IR, and pick up Lindback. If you can't do that drop Salo, and add Lindback.

Pretty much took the words out of my mouth, if you catch my drift.

This would be my recommendation as well. Dont drop a goalie, especially the ones you own.

Thanks, I put Halak on IR and picked up Lindback and swapped Salo for Visnovsky off waiver wire now when Halak comes back I may keep the 4 goalies and drop P.M. Bouchard.
Damn it's nice to have hockey back!
