Second year salary cap dynasty, detail oriented league seeking one replacement GM
 

Howdy,
We are a second year, very amibitious league who's had 1 GM drop out suddenly seeking one very amibitious, deeply passionate GM, ya know a hockey nut :D After the lockout we have some pending business with free agent signings so there is a bit more fun in the offing than usual. Its 20 team league run on Fantrax w. a separate forum board site. We have our own contract signing system by way of a contract negotiator, used for all RFA's and UFA's when their current NHL contracts expire which negotiates them into our contract system. Among other variables the negotiator accounts for team record and talent. We use a 19 active player set up. 3 centers, 3 LW's 3 RW's 3 forwards, 6 Defencemen 1 goalie and a 5 deep bench. We also have the option to use an Enforcer who only garners points for fights. If used the enforcer takes the place of one of the other skating positions.

We score points for Goals - Assists - SOG - PP Goals - PP Assists - Hits - Blocks - Faceoffs W - Faceoff Lost - Giveaways - Takeaways - shorthanded goals - shorthanded assists - fights (Enforcer only). For Goalies - Goals Against and Saves

I've posted the teams in reply posts below. The team names can be changed to one of the ten remaining if desired. The previous GM was very active setting the daily line up, drafted a team lot of younger talent with a few vets mixed in. The roster, below, is in need of a fire belly, visionary GM to mold the team into a contender.

The Sharks, Wings and Blackhawks (rosters in this thread) are still available. It's a good league with a great Commish who has designed a contract negotiating tool to add an element that seems rare if not unique to fantasy sports. We have a very dedicated roster of 17 GM's sticking through the growing pains before we reach the promise land. The lockout has taken out some of the sizzle from last season, saved up for the boom coming. A slew of UFA's to sign and the 2013 Entry draft. We're hoping for 3 dedicated GM's for the long haul but every one is free to sample. Time on this earth is short and there's no sense giving to any thing that isn't comfortable.
