Cannot Access Frozen Pools
 

Just bought the full package, and I'm seeing the same issue apparently a lot of people have experienced before:

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED USER WITH A VALID SUBSCRIPTION TO VIEW FROZENPOOL CONTENT.

Shot the site an e-mail as suggested by Dobber, but figured I'd see if anybody else knew the fix for this issue.

make sure you are logged into the main site and forums. go to the main page and look at the middle left where you normally sign in and make sure you're logged in.

Yah, made sure I was logged in fisrt.
