Should I pick up Tarasenko or Vanek?
 

The league has 7 teams and is one year only with a simple point system of goals and assists worth 1 point

They are both free agents, but I'd have to drop someone. Possibly Jagr or Selanne? Or maybe even P.K. Subban(I don't know if he's worth holding onto)

Forwards: Tavares, Spezza, Hartnell, Nash, Kane, M Koivu, Pavelski, Jagr
Defence: Karlsson, Byfuglien, Phaneuf
Goaltender: Rinne
Bench: Selanne, P.K. Subban, Brodeur

But he dropped Alfredsson at least

So I just realized this is a keeper forum, but should I drop possibly jagr for tarasenko for the year?

easy yes for me. Tarasenko will be pick by somedy else in your pool so take him. He will never be free again in my opinion.

they will be close in points i think and jagr is almost 20 years older and will probably be hurt during the season.

then after the season you will have to decide who are your keepers but is a long way from now.

Yeah I can see him being a great pick up, just need to decide on selanne, jagr or subban to drop

keep subban he is only 22 or 23 year sold

I would drop Jagr for sure

if Jagr and Selanne both play 48 games Selanne will have more points.

Jagr for Tarasenko is my vote as well. Think you definitely need to get a piece of that kid and Jagr looks to be the weakest of your roster.

Actually I think I'll end up dropping Brodeur for Tarasenko, it's way too hard to give up Jagr(promising start + new team + was playing during the off season + eventually playing with Benn). I really don't want to let Tarasenko slip into another team if he keeps this up.

Rinne should be my main for the whole season and if something tragic did happen, I could always trade a forward for his replacement.
