Wideman or Goligoski?
G, A, Hits, +/-
I'm thinking that Dallas is a better offensive team, so Goli will probably be the better option, but his numbers last year have me a bit concerned... |
If Wideman is all you're comparing him to, you shouldn't be concerned. Goligoski by a mile.
|
hi numbers were off last year because of the souray experiment.
goli for sure. |
Yup, Dallas will score more when Benn returns. Goli for me as well.
|
I think you're right PD, they may well post very similar numbers this season but I would go with the guy with the better upside in Goli
|
Have to go with Goli here.
|
Dallas has the better offense without a doubt, but Wideman is the more proven performer. He's cracked 46+ on not one, but two different teams.
In my draft below, I had the exact same choice between these 2 and I took Wideman. |
Not sure why the hate-on for Wideman. I managed to snag him very late in a 12-team draft and I expect him to be exactly as advertised. Heavy on PP points.
My other D are Byfuglien, Shattenkirk and Schultz, so I'm decent in that position anyway. |
I prefer Wideman.
|
I would actually run with Wideman. He already has helped out the Calgary PP score and he will only get better once he gels with his team.
