Lol, this is a little misleading. Yes, he has said that he will come over to play for the Caps. But, it isn't until after the 2014 Olympics. As we all know, a LOT can happen in that time that could change the outcome one way or another.

After the 2014 season is when his contract with the KHL expires. I will believe it when I see it as far as him playing in Washington.

I had written a post a week or so ago about Kuznetsov on here, and I am confident when I say that the KHL will throw everything and the kitchen sink at him to keep him there. He will have more money offered to him then he can imagine. It will be interesting to see what happens as his contract gets closer to expiring.

I don't think it's misleading. He is on his way. The question has always been his ETA, although Axe's attitude is rightfully that of many. Seeing is believing. ;) Keep your headup Kuznetsov ownwers!!
