How good will this kid get? Simple post, lets hear what you guys think.

he can be a top 20 pitcher the next decade+. Certainly someone you want to try to draft in keeper leagues but everyones going to be after him

The main reason I was asking in the post was because I've had some mild trade talks with his owner in a league of mine but it would ultimately cost me carlos gonzolas who is one of my favorite players. It would be a package deal where I'd be giving cargo and receiving a few pieces in return but Harvey would be the centre piece of the deal coming back. But to be honest I really don't know much about the kid other than that he's the future ace in NY.

The other pieces would have to be pretty stellar for me to hand over Cargo for Harvey.

I'd love to hear more thoughts on this kid. I own him in a limited keeper and wasn't planning on holding onto him but.....

Harvey shouldn't be the centerpiece in a trade for Cargo unless its an auction league where Cargo's overpriced and Harvey is dirt cheap.

Well it most likely would have been Harvey, machado, and a prospect. But I think my love for cargo is to great!

I'd say Machado is definitely the centrepiece of this trade. Don't do it unless you're rebuilding... and if you do, make sure that prospect is a stud.

This kid is a phenom, incredibly polished for such a young pitcher.

Machado, Harvey and something for Carlos Gonzalez? That would be mighty tempting...

Like I said it was light talks, nothing to serious but these are the names that were tossed around. The thread was more of one to see what people thought if Matt. From what I understand he's obviously young and can hit high 90s with rediculous secondary pitches for such a youngin. But I've just really started looking at this guy once the talks started so wanted other opinions.
