Team audit please...
 

Hey everyone! Hopeful of a season being played,but def not confident.

looking for some feedback in regards to my team and its chances should a season commence.

Pts only, goal heavy, pppts, gwg.

Stamkos, Tavares, ericksson, schenn, kesler,wheeler,ennis, purcell, stastny, briere, selanne, Whitney, plekanec, vrbata, havlat (bn)

OEL, kulikov, subban, Hamilton (bn, til I know he makes team), Seabrook, timonen, mcdonough

Quick, rinne, ctawford (bn)

personally, I think team has good depth, wirh two stud anchors at fwd,excellent goalies and above average dee.

How many teams? 10? 12?

How do your goalies get scored? You have great tending.

Team is solid, good depth. Maybe look to package Crawford / Timonen for an upgrade and then pick up another goalie via free agents (if there are some available).

You have arguably the 2 best goalies to ice each night ( outside of Lundqvist) having Quick and Rinne is dynamite. Love OEL and Subban.

Overall very solid team. Maybe a tweak here and there and definite championship team abilty.

This is a 12 team league, keep 8-4-1-1. So can only keep quick. That sucks. (but if no season, team stays intact. The goalie scoring is 4pts win, 6pts so. (last yr was 3 and 8) so am happy w the new setup.

Overall, think have a solid team, but top 4-5 teams are fairly similar,so will be a tight race indeed. Taking a chance w fwds (stastny,kesler, etc). I have been trying to Trade timonen in a package deal, but no bites as of yet.

once kesler is healthy (once injury symbol is removed) will be illegal and will have to drop a guy unless can do a two for one.

once season gets underway, think I could use one more fwd and possibly a dee, but def at tweaking stage. Lol.

Do you have daily roster changes?

Its a weekly set-up. Small bench though,1F, 1d, 1g, 1 it spot.

You can only specifically have players in those positions on your bench?

And when you say goal heavy what do you mean?

Yes, BN is only allocated to one spot per position

Goal heavy = 2pts goal, 2pts for a defense goal, 3pts gwg (random stat, i know) and 2ptsfor a shorty

PPpts are also important

Well I think you are a little light on D actually and overbuilt in goal - 3 fulltime starting goalies in a weekly start 2 league is a luxury and nice insurance but if you are going for the throat, converting Crawford into a goal scoring D guy would make a lot of sense.

That is good advice. I have to wait for injuries more than likely though, as top 5 teams do have solid goalies.

I traded Myers for schenn last week, So maybe in hindsight, should just held on to him. Just liked schenn more.

Im a believer in kulikov and Seabrook and timknen are both steady eddy. Hamilton is my dark horse. He has a good year and dee is that much better.

When u have quick and rinne....its rather difficult to move Crawford if ya know what I mean. Lol
