would you move malkin for Taveres and Eberle???

I would not. Had to think about it for a sec but 100 point guys are gold in limited keepers and should be treated as such. The price of gold keeps going up. Don't settle for silver. Not to say that Tavares isn't an incredible talent, I just see him as a 90-100 point guy not an 100+. Unless your other keepers aren't that impressive and replacing your worst with Eberle makes a significant improvement, I'd stand pat.

Without additional info I say no. But how limited? And knowing the rest of your squad would ensure the best advice. Context is key.

In a full keeper, I'd be inclined to say yes. In a limited, I would lean towards no. Unless there is information we're missing.

I think Tavares could be moving into the upper echelon soon enough -- wouldn't shock me to see him win a scoring crown or two.

Agree with this! Exactly how many keepers? Is there positional requirements? Who would be the keeper Eberle is replacing? For argument sake the trade would then look like

Malkin + (keeper to be dropped)

pretty much in line with my thinking....

Its a 6 man keeper... My last keeper would be E kane... Although eberle would be a big upgrade, not sure it would be worth loosing malkin over.

I'd take Malkin + E.Kane over Tavares + Eberle any day of the week.

No chance I'd do this deal. Really doesn't need more explaining than that.

I wouldn't even be sure that Eberle would significantly outpoint Kane in the near future, so I would not do this deal.

I don't play in keepers but I imagine that in limited ones there could be some turnover in your bubble keepers year by year due to breakouts/slumps etc, so it's important to ensure that your best players are rarely downgraded. Keep Malkin.
