Rank 'em - Baertschi, Kreider, Atkinson etc.

Hi guys - we usually have a live draft but because of the lockout but we're having a prospect draft online - way less fun.

I have a 3 picks within the next 7 picks or so - and leaning towards Baertschi for my pick right now. The other guys may or may not be available for my two other picks in the second round.

a simple rank 'em:

Sven Baertschi
Nick Bjugstad
Cam Atkinson
Chris Kreider
Cory Conacher
Damien Brunner
Tomas Tatar
Niklas Jensen
Ty Rattie

Mark Giordano
Roman Josi
Jared Spurgeon
Jake Gardiner

Anton Khudobin
Jonas Gustavsson
Andrei Vasilevski

I may take a flyer on a D or G with one of my last picks too
Thanks for looking!

Or if it's simpler a TOP 5 would be greatly appreaciate.

For F, Bartschi is #1 by far. In a multi-cat league, I dig Bjugstad big time. Conacher & Brunner in offense only leagues are good options too.

Josi and Gardiner are both nice options. I think Giordano is ok short term but limited potential for points only.

Goalie wise, Vas has some potential but how much exactly is unknown. Khudobin is a novel short-term option but I don't think he has full on starter's potential.

For me Bärtschi is #1 as well.
In a multi cat league I like Bjugstad, too though.
Brunner is worth a flyer: boom or bust, but not too much of a multi cat monster. If he doesn't get he opportunity on a scoring line and runs with it, he's useless.
If you have some patience, Rattie should turn out to be a very solid pick - look at his stats this season... insane...
IF there's a season, it will have a much denser scedule, so a guy like Khudobin could actually get quite a lot of starts. So if you're optimistic about a season....
From your Ds I like Josi. Not much multi cat use, either, but if you're after points, he's your man. BIG opportunity as we know - and I've seen him play as a teenager among men in the Swiss league (not just a pluck, he's been dominating at times), he's the real deal.

Thanks guys!

Went for Bartschi. pretty excited.

Now onto the next ones.

I just realized I could go for a Swiss triple play if I grabbed Brunner and Josi next.

My top 5:

Sven Baertschi

If you need a goalie, I'd look at Anton Khudobin
