Clendening vs McNabb

Thinking of adding one of these two as a future multi-cat contributor on my blue line. Which do you think will be more likely to make an impact in the next year? And which will be better in 3 years? Thanks!

McNabb has the greater upside and immediate opportunity.

I'm a bigger fan of McNabbs

Thanks for the input. I've been eyeing McNabb since the summer, but Clendening has been impressive to say the least. Will think on it for awhile longer, but I'm leaning towards McNabb.

Clendening has the highest upside between the two, but also carries more risk. McNabb is a safe bet to be an NHL regular, but to what extent is the question. McNabb could flourish in more of a shutdown role but he does have offense to bring to the table as well.

Easy choice for me: McNabb. Higher upside and safer bet IMO.

Curious to know what reasons you guys think McNabb's upside is higher than Clendening?

Past production and quality of the leagues he played in.
