Ryan Mathews or Beanie Wells?

Hmm, tough one here. I like both RBs matchups.

Wells had an excellent return last week and Matthews is facing a D thats been playing well lately but are weak against the run. The big issue with both RBs is their teams offense has both been sputtering lately.

I would probably say go with Wells only because their QB situation is worse off then SD so they will probably be running the ball more. The Chargers is still a big throwing team, even though Rivers has been nothing short of shaky lately.

Another vote for Beanie. Gotta think he will get a lot more touches than Matthews any week

Wells vs the 27th ranked run D or Matthews vs. the 21st ranked run D. Besides the ranking, I like the fact that Beanie's legs are fresher than Mathews. Granted, his line is garbage, but that didn't stop him from scoring two TDs last week. Mathews has not been scoring. He's been putting up 70 yards. The Jets D may step up, but I fully expect Cinci to be very tough. They've had one of the top fantasy Ds the past few weeks, pressuring the QB. They'e been getting after it.
