Armia suffers 2nd concussion of season
 

Sabres prospect, Joel Armia, has suffered his second concussion of the year playing for Porin Assat.

It didn't look like much in terms of impact but his head definitely whipped back. Hate seeing this happen. I want him to succeed or fail on the ice, not on his couch.

If you're interested, the hitter - or puncher - Ramzi Abid got a three-game suspension from this incident.

When I first started doing fantasy hockey in the early 2000s Abid was an emerging power forward who was a pretty popular guy to own in keeper leagues. He showed some promise in Pittsburgh before falling off the wagon and eventually disappearing. Interesting to see his name resurface...

I remember the year Abid played for the Mooseheads. I went to a lot of games that year and he was unbelievable for them. I cant remember exactly how many pts he put up that year but it was a ridiculous amount.
