Sounds like nothing major but I always get nervous whenever shoulders are involved.

Agreed. This guy turned out to be the Jays best pitcher (and probably biggest surprise) last year.

Scar tissue removal isn't *that big* of a deal in general but it may limit him going forward. However if he really is 100% again, his value is sky high going into next year.
