Got my Karlsson
 

Just traded my 2nd rounder (13 overall) for Karlsson and Heatley. Didn't want heater as he puts me over the cap, for now. Just need to think about possibly dropping Parenteau and making another trade to get me under.

How did you score Karlsson so cheap? Henrik Karlsson? lol

Must have included some serious cap implications for such a trade to make any sense.

I got him off the winner of the pool from last year. He is so stacked at every position, he just couldn't fit his salary into his lineup. Just had to take Heatley, or no deal.

Penalties? What? did I miss something in the original post or are you in this league too DJ? Penalties for straight drops may put a unique spin on this situation. If there are penalties for drops then what are they?
