2013 NHL Draft - November Update.

This is not a riser/fallers list, but a good indication of which players were off to hot/cold starts and are 'coming down to earth' so to speak.

The blog will feature better known prospects, as I haven't been paying close attention to the deeper part of the draft. If you know of other players who have caught your attention , for better or worse, feel free to post them in the comments section.

Kudos dude. Concise and good monthly comparisons in the stats. Love it.

Good read but you missed Drouin. This years Huberdeau!! He's solidifying his place in the top 5 and it's now a question of how many more names he can topple.

It's not inconcievable that the top 2 picks in the 2013 draft both play for the Halifax Mooseheads!!!

Really liking your blog posts Guru, keep it up!

Thanks guys, it's based pretty strictly on stats as I don't get to see a lot of these guys play.

4horsemen, Drouin has been putting up phenomenal numbers all season. I had him ranked in 5th in my top offensive players blog. His pace has been very consistent so far, so (in my eyes) he wasn't really a riser.

15 points in 7 games from the start of the season to Oct 15.
18 points in 8 games for Oct 15, Nov 11

Fair point, based purely on production he hasn't 'risen'. The rise I was refering to was the general scouting consensus that has gone from a mid 1st to a top ten and now into the top 5 and he might not be done yet!

Was hoping Drouin would remain around mid teens for a nice sleeper pick.

Ditto. His offensive upside is through the roof. MacKinnon,Barkov and Drouin are top3 in terms of fantasy/offensive upside for the 2013 draft without a doubt.
