Prospects with NHL experience
Hi all,
How would you rank top prospects having at least one game of NHL experience? Because of that criterion, I have to exclude players like Yakupov, Granlund, Hamilton, Huberdeau, Tarasenko, Schwartz, Schultz, etc... Some examples: Forwards Scheifele Kreider R.Johansen B.Connolly Zibanejad Kassian M.Foligno Atkinson .... Defensemen Elliott R.Ellis B.Smith Voynov Faulk Orlov .... Anyone else who should be on the list? Thanks! |
2 guys that have played games and aren't on the list that jump out:
Schwartz Bartschi Is there a max GP as well though? your question is pretty vague. |
J. Silfverberg

Most likely this is because the draft pool consists only of guys with 1+ NHL game under their belt. The GP limit would depend on the league rules, and that is something we need to know.
Off the top of my head: Jeremy Welsh Brandon Pirri Mark Stone Gustav Nyquist Tomas Tatar Brandon Saad Joe Colborne Simon Despres Torey Krug Brayden McNabb |
Quote:
The maximum in terms of games played is 50. |
In no particular order, the following prospects have NHL experience and less then 50 GP:
Kyle Palmieri Zac Dalpe Jeremy Morin Cody Eakin Peter Holland Brett Bulmer Casey Cizikas Teemu Hartikainen Spencer Machacek Carl Klingberg Patrice Cormier Zach Hamill Riley Sheahan |
hes lost a lot of hype but d. rundblad is a pretty decent prospect in my books.

Last year's stats sorted by GP. Start at 50 and go down, and look for rookies. |
