Selling Panda High (REP for your time)

Kung Fu Panda's performance immediately earned me a trade offer this morning.
H2H -- 10 team league. Standard Yahoo cats.

I've got Beltre at 3rd (can only protect 1 3B), so Sandoval is moveable.

I've got weak OF:Cruz, D. Jennings, D. Stubbs, N. Markakis, Y. Alonso, M. Joyce -- I need to protect 3 of those (leaning toward the first three listed).

I've also got mediocre SP: F. Hernandez, S. Marcum, D. Holland, RJ Dickey, B. Beachy -- I need to protect 4 of those (leaning toward the first four, depending on Beachy news when season gets closer).

I've had this thrown at me.

A. Gordon+H. Kuroda
for
Sandoval+whomever.

Thoughts?
Does this make my keepers better?

REP for insight.

Stone I would counter for a out fielder.

The first offer is not good enough.

This trade offer doesnt really help your team going forward. As you mentioned, your OF isnt great and your pitching could use some help too. I like Kuroda but keep in mind the guy is 40+ (I cant remember his exact age off the top of my head) yrs old. He's no spring chicken.

I dont know if I would consider this trade offer as selling KFP high, or simply just selling him.

No optimism for Gordon?
I'll shop around.

Isn't this nearly the exact same deal he offered you earlier?

Not good enough, I'd pass.

Both A. Gordon and H. Kuroda are good players but after last night performance you have to get more of a return for Panda. I would shop him around, there should be more intrerest in him right now.

It's better. Not much better though.
The only reason I'm looking at moving him for this is because I'm not getting a lot of offers -- and to be honest, he didn't exactly have the best year (Kung Fu panda that is).

I'm currently trying to engage another owner -- he's got Jones (Balt) and Holliday.
That might be better. We'll see. He's weak at 3rd.

Rep coming out now.
