2012 - Top Keeper League RW

Better late than never! Will be out before 2012 ends, I promise. :)

2010 is here

2011 is here

Some positional stuff:

Players I considered RW for purposes of these lists: Kovalchuk, Neal, Nash, and Eriksson.

Any guesses? Will Pat Kane's partying ways hurt his value?

I assume you count Giroux as C?

1. Perry
2. Kovalchuk
3. Neal
4. Kane
5. Eberle
6. Nash
7. Eriksson
8. Kessel
9. Skinner
10. Iginla

The Wrong Marine 06-05-2012 12:31 PM

1. Kovaluchuk
2. Perry
3. Neal
4. Kessel
5. Eberle
6. Kane
7. Skinner
8. Eriksson
9. Iginla
10. St Louis

Can't seem to have any faith in Nash, Kane-who knows now, St Louis for at least 2 more years?

Pengwin7 06-05-2012 12:32 PM

1. Corey Perry
2. James Neal
3. Ilya Kovalchuk
...
4. Pat Kane
5. Phil Kessel
6. Tyler Seguin
...
7. Jordan Eberle
8. Martin St.Louis
9. Jarome Iginla
10t. Marian Hossa
10t. Loui Eriksson

*I've got a feeling Perry will be on a different team 2 years from now.
*Kovalchuk could be my #1 if Parise re-signs in NJ... but I'm betting Parise is gone from NJ.
MSL is still ageless in my eyes, still at least 3 good years from him.
I love Eberle & Eriksson, but have to peg both down due to their lack of PIM.
Rick Nash could jump to #8 on this list with a trade to... anywhere else.
A healthy Gaborik would be around #9 for me.
I'm not as big on Skinner as most others. (I traded him for Brent Burns & Gaborik in a 6-cat league prior to start of last season)

Malkin (C/RW), Giroux (C/RW), Backes (C/RW) should all be C to start next season.

We had similar thought processes. Differ on Skinner I think, but that is about it. That is a great trade you made though.
