Can I get some information on this guy? When is he draft eligible, etc?

edit: I mean he should be eligible for the 2012 entry draft.

Any good articles on him? I'm having a hard time researching this guy.

My Insight:

Offensive defenseman who picked up the slack after Olli Maata got injured with a concussion int he world juniors last christmas.His speed needs work but he is very good on the powerplay. He has a good solid shot and make nice crisp passes.

Stats:
2011-2012 Karpat 3 points in 33 games but remember he is playing with men.
